Not real familiar with the 7.3s but how many miles do you have on it and is there a stock muffler and cat still on the rig.....could be clogging up??

There are about 183K on it and as far as I know, It is all original...We have put the last 90-95K onit and have done nothing to it except filter and oil changes (plus some frontend repairs). Is it common to have the exhaust clog up? I've never kept a vehicle long enough to put that many miles on it.
