Help Needed Momentary power loss - What is my Truck telling me?

Hi all.
Well, I didn't quite get to replacing the CAM sensor, and now I haven't had the problem for about 1500 miles. Do you still think I shoud swap it, or just leave it be?

Also, check your fuel system for dirty or clogged fuel filters.
