i got a 06 f250 and i was just wondering if there are any cheap easy mods i could do to get a little more power, she is completely stock right now. any suggestions?

Welcome to SDD!!!

ZOODAD mod the header panel. Requires the use of a hole saw or something of the like. I did mine with less than 1k on the truck.

Well you said cheap easy mods that gained little power. I can't say if it added any real power but it flows nice cold air to the intake.

when i zoodaded mine i could feel a little difference on the spool up and things....you can always cut the muffler out and straight pipe it...there are small chips out there aka tow/economy chips that are relatively inexpensive i used to have (well i still have it just dont run it anymore) a quadzilla xzt chip and i think i paid around 200 bux for it and has a nice little boost to the performance and economy

if its an 06, you could use just your parking brake to engage and disengage it. Because it has to be set in order for it to idle up. just an idea
