I've been getting around 15-18mpg and my last two tanks have been 12. Any ideas on what might drop the mileage like that. 165,000 miles on the truck. Would injector o-rings casue this?

I've been filling up at the same place since I stopped homebrewing. I don't know if they are running winter fuel or not. It doesn't get very cold here so I'll have to ask.

Scott,

Have you been idling more on these last tanks?

I know with the couple of cold spells(idling to scrape ice off windshield) we've had recently my fuel gauge has gone down quicker but I don't figure mileage until I've gone through about 200 gallons of fuel so I don't know what it is actually.

Scraping? She sleeps inside. No more idling than normal. Start truck go back in the house grab my stuff go back out and drive to work. If I'm only getting 12 now unloaded, I am curious to see what I will get when I am loaded up and towing in February when we move.

:dunno on the mileage then, maybe the last two have been winter blend fuel. Have you verified the EBPV isn't stuck partially closed? I'd have to go look at my old exhaust housing in the garage, to tell you for sure, but I think the actuator arm sticking out of the EBPV housing is suppose to point at the driver's seat.
