Help Needed meth kit MAF?

I can get this stage 2 snow performance MAF meth kit for less than half of the orginal price. my question is am i going to be able to hook this up to my truck? and will it work good with it?

There is an article in Diesel World that shows the complete installation of a unit in an 08 F250. they clain its 3 times better for towing then not loaded, They recommend a setting for fuel economy.
