MBRP exhaust

I just bought the 4" mbrp system, the muffler does not have a flow arrow on it, which way does the muffler go on the truck. The louvers inside the muffler, are the open ends to go towards the front or the rear. Any help would be appreciated.

The open ends go toward the rear. Least that's what it's said in the intructions. Did yours not come with any?

it is really up to you. if you put the open ends towards the rear of the truck, you will get better flow and more sound. If you face them towards the front of the truck, it will make it a bit quieter, but also cut down on the flow.

If it were me, I'd put them towards the rear...the MBRP sounds good!

hey guys, i am getting my MBRP exhaust tomorrow and will be installing it myself. i got it for $400 out the door. is this a good price? from what i found online, it seems to be a really good price. it's 4" turbo back single.

Where did you get your exhaust from for that price?

If you dont care about a shinny exhaust tip i picked mine up on ebay from West Coast Performance for 283 total with shipping it installed easy and i love the way it sounds and it gave me more performance

I got mine off ebay also.......less than $400 including shipping. I think it was about $375.

Extreme Diesel on the East coast. $290 shipped to my house. 4" MBRP turbo back (aluminized) with muffler and free 5" stainless single wall tip. Great fit, easy install. Phenomenal sound. Turbo really sings.
