making very good mpg

The key to good mpg is keeping the rpms under 2000, and/or keeping boost under 10. As long as the tach is under 2ooo rpms the truck does really well on the highway.

this has pretty much always been the case with the 7.3's and 6-no's too.

I'm trying to figer this out. I drove to north florida today and was running about 68 mph got 25mpg. Heres what nuts. I had to get back for a emergency and drove back at 80mph and got 26mpg. Yes it's hand calculated I did it three times to check. RPM running at 2500

I cant find the papers. I think, I gave it to the CPA for taxs. I have pulled 24 25mpg before on a trip coming down from VA. So I dont know.

I just bought a 2008 F250 6.4PSD 4X2 super-cab long-bed, with 3.73 gears can I expect at least 16 mpg in the city ???????
