Lowering the Dually

Has anyone lowered there 94-97 dually? Im thinking about lowering mine from 14 inches (ground effects behind the front tire) down to 8 inches, and the same with the rear, it will still have the usual rake.. I know the rear will have to get a 5 link with air bags since there is no room to do the SUA idea.. Any thoughts if the airbags will hold up to the trailer and the jeep that I cart around every now and then, heres the truck and trailer

beautiful truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:sweet :sweet :sweet (we need a drooling smilie!)although i do like the look of a lowered dually and have considered smashing mine to the ground but i would leave yours alone.that is 1 awesome lookin truck!

I know I know but look whats on the trailer in the backround, I already have a lifted toy and I also have a lifted CJ7, The truck is only 2wd.. Im only looking to lower it from 15inches to 8 inches

go for it, I have been tempted for years to do a drag bottom,
this place pokie here
has an excellent system, seen it in real life and its freaking fantiastic, all four wheels air bags,
little $$ but i think its worth it.
your truck looks good now, but lowered is sweet as well
I rode in a dually with all four corners and it was like a lincoln smooth and in control. :D

It has a brand new paint job as of Feb and those are factory graphics on the side, Im at work now but I will get a pic of the side for you, I might even beable to get you the code for the graphics, ill have to look at my vin code

That truck would look sweet slammed into the weeds, lose the duals and stick a fat ole T/A on the rears......... oh yeah!

im all for lowering a dually.honestly ithink duallies are the only thing that looks good lowered but it has to be a crew cab.cant stand the look of a regular or extended cab dually.but his looks mean the way it is.id leave it alone.
