Question Low Voltage on start up: Battery light on

Hey Dave is there a diagram of where the glowplugs are, pinout, grounding points for the electrical system? Sorry for my ignorents. this is my first diesel. I suspected a glow plug was shorted back in dec. I pulled the fuel heater relay to see if that was pulling some amps also. Any other troubleshooting technics come in handy?

Any common area to look for a wiring problem. I would like to get it fixed but don't have a clue where to start. Have done some troubleshooting and I do see a draw through the Instrument Cluster circuit.... but I can't find anything that woudl be the problem.... I have also pulled the fuse to the fuel heater, to check that just in case.
