Is member activity down? seems like there isnt the number of active post as there used to be? say a year or two ago. just wondering where everyone went

I have noticed lower daily posts here and several other forums. My guess is the economy has people afraid to turn on the computers to keep the power bills down. I drove my truck all week because my car was in the shop. I put $50 into the truck at my fuel stop and I just about sh*& a brick. I have not put $50/week in fuel in my truck for over a year. Now I know why I got the Corolla; only half the fuel costs.

its simple. Bad economy means less money for people to by "chips and tuners" which means less broken trucks then less people on the forums with broken truck questions.

We are on a very fixed income and it's about to take a big drop in Oct. Food, Fuel
and everything just cost so much we are having to watch how we spend.
I still come here everyday but spending money on the truck is way down the list of
things to spend money on.LOL

retirement is keeping me busy

i am guilty of neglecting all my forum favorites, spring is just to nice to be inside

battling snakes on the porch
sleep till 9, 10 or 11
building birdhouses

How can you sleep til 9 or 10 or 11 o'clock? I am up at 4:30am but I stay in bed til 5:30am. I am kicking butt by 6:30am.
