It is on a 4wd 2003 F-250. When you turn the steering wheel it sqeaks really loud from the front passenger side king pins if that is what you call them . They dont look like ball joints. I can't find any grease zerks to even try to grease to see if that is the problem. Any body have any suggestions or can point me to a DIY article so I can even begin to tear it down and replace if that is what it takes?
TIA

They are ball joints. They do not have zerk fittings (grease fittings) from the factory. They can be replaced at home with some tools and time. I wrote a WIKI article on this. Look at WIKI Technical Articles on the TOP BLUE Line. This is a rather major undertaking, requiring a full day and some help.
