Looking for help on DTC's

Hello all. I have a 2006 4x4 F-250 6.0 and i'm getting a CEL with 3 codes pulling up. I can't seem to find a list of codes for this truck and I dont know how serious this is. If anyone could help me, i'd greatly appreciate it. Here's a list of the codes: U0407 : P0500 : U0638 . Thanks in advance for any help!

ok so I found the p0500... but what are the "U" codes???

We have all of the DTC Codes in the WIKI section, here:

U is for some future codes, and it seems that now is the future...

thank you. However neither of the descriptions really tell me anything. I guess that at least put me one step closer to figuring it out.

The P0500 is malfunctioning speed sensor. This usually means that a new one in necessary. This is found on the Rear End on top of the pumpkin with wires going to it.

U0407 is Invalid Data Rcvd From Glow Plug Ctrl Mod. I have no idea of what this is.
U0638 is (not listed).
