I had a `99 7.3L F-250. Then an `02 GMC Duramax 3500. Missed my Ford so I went back to an `06 F-350 6.0L Dually. Did a great job but made a lot of funny noises when towing. Took it in for service and left with the `08 F-450 in my signature.
Of all of them, I like the 6.4L the best. Sure the MPG's aren't that great, but makes for it up with the power, torque and (best of all) turning radius. I am still amazed when I make those tight U-turns is places I never could with my previous trucks.
