Question Looking at a 08 F 450

Hi, I am looking at getting a '08 F 450 with a 6.4 and 120,000 miles.
I test drove it, and checked the transmission dip stick.
The fluid was brownish and had brown particles on the end of the dip stick.
Has anyone experienced this?
Know what it is?

Sounds like friction material.
Shouldn't really be brown either.
I would avoid it.

Don’t buy a 6.4. Had a company truck that had a 6.4 in it. Was a nightmare.
