Sounds like my truck does with my 5.6k to 15.6k pot turned to low. Maybe your icp is jacked up for some reason, sensor off or ipr not working exactly right? Just a thought.

brand new IPR.icp at idle is around 650psi.but also remember that most of that video was shot while the chip was on economy.the fast idle i used a few times is stock program with an idle of 1200 rpm.

sounded like the belt slapping to me...

didn't really sound that out of the ordinary (as compared to mine)... take the belt off and run it for a couple minutes (NO LONGER) and see if you hear it then

Rich, that sound is not internal. It is clicking to the RPM of the cam.

no exhaust leaks.the tick really doesnt concern me that much.ill worry about that when i get the thing to run right.


hears some more news for you guys.today i fired it up and let it run.did the CCT again it came up with #3 bad.so i let it run some more and again #3.so i let it run some more and and it came up system pass.let it run some more and it came up with #3 again.so i decided to put the new injector i just got from bean in to replace #3.drove it,let it run on high idle for a bit and did the test again and came up with cylinderS #3,4,5,8 bad.WTF!!! so i let it run some more and it came up with #3 again.so i let it run some more and it said #3,4,5,8 again.so i let it run some more and it came up with system pass.WTF is wrong with this thing!!!!!passes the buzz test every time.only code i get during the KOER test is for the EBPV not working cuz it aint there.
