Lift pump?

Trying to help out a friend, and he needs a lift pump for his 04 Powerstroke that runs on Veggie oil. He is not getting enough flow with the factory pump and needs another pump for the extra flow. Looking for something in the $200 range, not a FASS system too expensive for him. What are the options?

I spent about $85 for my lift system.

Carter 4070 pump from Jegs.com $65
8' diesel rated fuel line about $10 IIRC
inline fuel filter $7

I spent a few more dollars than that because I did the intank mods while I had the tank down.
