arrowstrap did you install it yourself? if so was it difficult

i havent put it on yet. just got the parts back from the shop... had them all bainted to match the truck. im waiting for my shocks. it looks like a straight forward installation. seems the hardest part will be to grind the rivits off the front spring mounts as ford didnt use bolts. the rear u could do w/ur eyes closed.

i think you have to move the front bumper on the 250's or get a drop bracket though.

I have a TTB axle will the 3" reversal shackle lift kit be a problem?

My buddy used my super duty springs for his reverse shackle kit. They say it gives the best ride.

Will I have to modify my frame for the kit? I have an F250

Does the 97 f250 have leaf springs up front or that goofy ford crossover thingy?

it has leaf springs in front

the kit is bolt on. no modifying other than moving the bumper brackets on f250's and cutting the rear shackle rivits off for the new bolts. you simply remove the front leafs & the kit slides in. then you remount the leafs. you dont have to do anything to the frame and you can remove it later & put everything back to stock. i'll be installing mine next weekend. if you'd like i can get you photos so you can see how it's installed.
