i havent put it on yet. just got the parts back from the shop... had them all bainted to match the truck. im waiting for my shocks. it looks like a straight forward installation. seems the hardest part will be to grind the rivits off the front spring mounts as ford didnt use bolts. the rear u could do w/ur eyes closed.

i think you have to move the front bumper on the 250's or get a drop bracket though.

the kit is bolt on. no modifying other than moving the bumper brackets on f250's and cutting the rear shackle rivits off for the new bolts. you simply remove the front leafs & the kit slides in. then you remount the leafs. you dont have to do anything to the frame and you can remove it later & put everything back to stock. i'll be installing mine next weekend. if you'd like i can get you photos so you can see how it's installed.
