Yeah, reality is that there are STILL some items to be completed <or fixed>.
I swear i thought at more than one point this whole thing was gonna KILL me.

Good thing is the pool company was upset that WE were upset...so they
tossed in a few of the electronics to make us feel better

We dumped in over 600lbs of salt...and im pouring in 1/2 a gallon of
acid every day (to lower the Ph or is it pH)...

I got the rest of my garage cabinets put up on sunday & i finished
wiring the welder outlet & compressor (i had the pool company
install a larger than necessary sub-panel...so i could have some
"power" in the garage :D

Ill post some photos of that later.

heres links to some more photos of the back yard...theyre best
viewed in PREVIOUS (or reverse order from THIS link):

START HERE & work backwards

did you go with a saline pool? I read about those last year when my parents considered a pool.

Tx...Yeah we went "salt water"...its not salty like the ocean...you can
BARELY taste...in fact many say the pH is along level of a tear.

the salt in the water generates a NATURAL chlorine...the biggest
difference is that in a salt water pool theres NO ODOR and it doesnt
burn to open your eyes.

you also dont run into the other side effects of chlorine...like bleaching
of hair & swim suits/towels...the water is EXTREAMLY "soft" and it
doesnt leave your skin "dry"

once the pool is "salted" there chemical "up keep" is at a minimum not
to mention that SALT is cheaper and can be purchased just about anywhere
