Gentlemen,

We (friends and I) are looking into buying a trailer or two. The trailers will have to be gooseneck, flat deck, at least 40' long (probably 50') and carry at least 20K.

Now what brands would ya'll reccomend and what would be considered a decent price?

Thanks for the input.

from what i have heard, big tex is a good made trailer. are you lookin for a wood deck type trailer, that can take lots of abuse ben?

you might also check out kaufmantrailersales.com, that is where i bought my car hauler, but they also make other types of trailers similar to your needs.

I know we are all big boys here and just wanted to throw this out there...

40' or 50' trailers will have ALOT of pin weight, with that alone you prolly don't have enough truck with your 250 to be legal. 20K is the max GCWR in my owner's manual. The weight of your trailer is going to determine how much you can put on the trailer.

CM Trailers

That's who I use for stock trailers. The adjustable hitch stem is nice to keep the trailer level!

I would have to know more about what kind of a loads you will be hauling? The F-450 & F-550's can haul a little more weight than the F-350's can.
Go with dual tires for that much weight. Trust me on this one. LOL
