What program are you guys using to size your pictures small enough to upload to the web site? I can not get my pictures small enough to upload.

I just upload my pics to webshots and it has a button to create the html for a thumbnail. My pic is still huge if you view it full size.

I use Pixresizer but irfanview comes highly recommended also

If you're running XP, Microsoft Photo Editor is a hidden extra in the OEM software. It's all I use although I have Fuji, HP, and Olympus image editing programs.

Heres an old pic shortly after I bought it, Its changed alot, and things have been blacked out, the tint now is 5% and soon to be lowerd on Airride
