forged 392 stroker, 14 psi of boost, ford racing 80lbs injectors, paramount trans, 3200 stall and about 40 hours of tunning with diablosport top tuner. most the time the car runs around at about 4 psi and makes 561 @ 6000rpm at the wheels. at 4psi with a light foot the car has shown around 26 - 27 mpg. but only my wife gets that kind of MPG. i get about 15, BUT i get where i'm going a lot faster (180MPH faster).

Now I'm confused. I'm pretty knowledgeable to the mustang world and seeing 392 stroker leads me to a ford motor along with you mentioning FMS injectors. Or are you just running FMS injectors?

I’m just using the ford injector because they work and are cheap. The motor started life as a 6.1 370ci third gen Hemi that comes in the SRT8 (new SRT8 cars have 6.4 392 stock) then it was given a stroker rotating assembly to bring it up to 392ci. I want to punch it out to 426 but they just don’t hold up as well and the wife puts about 30,000 miles a year on the 392.

Check us out at LX forums, there are some really heavy hitters there. Lots pushing past 1000RWHP on daily drivers.
