First remove the headlight trim pieces. This is a PITA. There are two nuts that are recessed from the inside on each lamp. I think they are 7/16". Once removed you'll see a 4mm post on the inner side of headlamp. This adjusts left and right. On the outside of the headlight is a screw that adjusts up and down. Park on a level surface about 20' from a clean wall and put masking tape horizontally at beam height. Then put two vertical strips of tape where the beams hit the tape (directly infront of the headlights). Turn on lights and adjust accordingly.

This is what your tape should look like.

I hope you have small hands to get the nuts out. Bleeding hands are no fun. :D

As stated.. a real pain.. the nuts that hold the turn light bezel in place are 11 mm. much easier to get at if you remove the battery...Rick...

you can get a special tool that goes onto the headlamp adjusters, its not a standard size allen head, if it is, i'm not sure what size. the adjuster for up/down movement is easliy seen at the back of the headlamp by the weather strip for the grill. i just adjusted my headlights and boy what a difference and now with the silverstars, they work pretty good. the other adjuster for left/ right is located lower behind the headlight, iirc. my buddy had this tool and made adjusting the headlight a 5 min deal. no disassembly. it looks like a 1/4 in. wrench with a small hex on the end that is reversible. i've heard they can go for almost $25 though.i just found this one for $11. http://www.sjdiscounttools.com/lis14540.html
