I think first California will have to prove in fact that global warming is actually happening and secondly as long as the vehicles are in compliance with EPA I dont see where there is a leg to stand on.
I agree completely - since they also set emission standards they will get this thrown out simply by showing they complied. It is just so stupid. Prime example of why I would NEVER live there. I also wonder why Arnold would allow it to be initiated.

If you want to save an owl, lizzard, or the snowy plover, put them in cages and a zoo. You can see them all there.
We have had our only local beach closed due to the snowy plover and the tree huggers.
that gets me going too.... go Cali, soon it will be renamed the "No Trespassing Wilderness State"
