Leather seats

What does everyone with leather seats use to help keep them from cracking?

My seats have some small spots that look like they are starting to dry out and crack. I've put auto leather cleaner/conditioner on before & it never made the leather feel any "softer".

i use meguirs, its thick and takes some effort to get out of the stitching, but it lasts good and cleans real well
