Leaking Fluid at the brake master cylinder

I bet this is a common problem. I have a 2005 F-250. I've noticing for a while a leak. It looks like from the brake master cylinder or rather the pressure line comming from the power steering system. It's not real clear the origin. I also see oil near the steering box.
It doesn't look like an easy replacement because of where it goes down to the steering gear box.
I have a buddy with the same truck and year with the same problem.

Had the same issue with my '05, and it was a leak coming from the pwr steering tube, under the corrugated plastic sleeve that made it hard to trace. Eventually I was getting the dying cat noises whenever I turned, which helped figure what fluid lines to trace. I'll edit this post with the part number when I get home. Easy replacement if you have long arms. I think the part was $80.
