Do what I did, tell the no-customer-service rep that the little charge light wont come on, on the box or the computer. ( not sure which one you have) And if its some guy from India saying this is Muhackmahatmaburundi but I am calling myself "George"...? You got it made, they go by some damm script they have and no way to tell you any different.
