work on a mid 80`s Ford motorhome recently that had left handed threads on the one side....

not to defend other manufactors, but Ford has had some not so bright enginering ideas, but don`t they all....:stir ....


They do but most all big rigs are done that way for safety. It's harder to loss your NUT if they go the same way the tire turns...

batteries are in the back for weight balance. i had two e36 m3's, which have the batteries in the trunk. small price to pay for the 50.1/49.9 weight balance those cars have. ford and GM probably haven't figured that one out yet, which is why there is no decent american sedan.

so you think dodge has "stupid" engineers because plow cables that someone else installed were in the way of the fusebox? :thumbs

Come on that's not what he said. He had a problem with the design without the plow cables.

thats like my gf's neon (dodge of course) workin on getn her a real vehicle. anyways hers is like in the fender well and gota take all kinds of time and crap off to do nething to it
