did you talk to your brother....?

Yes, but he had not called me back. I just got off the phone with him and told him to get hot on this.:rant
"He is my little brother"...
He said for sure tomorrow he will get the prices. Tomorrow is Sunday, so he will have to go down to his shop (on Sunday) and check out the prices.
That is what he gets for procrastinating.
:D

ahhhh ok... well i didnt mean to put the rush on it..... but i know how younger siblings can be.
did i read in another thread that you bought a "cube" or a small satelite dish system at quartzsite? I am interested to know how that is working out for you, I seen them at quartzsite and the guy discouraged that, in favor of the Movin view ..... which would be nice but more spendy

The advantage of the cube is it's mobility.
When you have a stationary antenna on the roof, and you are parked under trees, you would have to move your RV to get reception.
I am very happy with ours.

dang i know how that goes, i got the flu bad..... way way bad, its killing me. tell him to take it easy and no rush, we got lots of time before we head up that way. Ive taken just about every thing for this and nothing seems to work except lots of sleep and plenty of liquids and then it just lingers on and on and on.... whew i hate it. :(

My brother just called, and he said

Oil Filter Donaldson $7.36
Air Filter Donaldson $8.24

Donaldson is a oem quality filter.

Since I do not have a 7.3 engine, I called our local Napa store to see what they charge for these filters. They sell their Napa brand and not Donaldson, but the prices were

Oil Filter $19.38
Air Filter $19.74

So I guess my brother is giving SSD members a very good deal. I also called our local Kragen store to see what the Fram filters cost, but they were to busy to look them up. Fram is not the quality of Donaldson filter.

Im curious about the air filter, I dont use the "stock" air filter, but use the "AIS" filter that comes with a "Donaldson" I dont know the part number, but I usually pay about $65.00 So on the air filter i think we are talking about different filters.
can he get "Fuel" filters? and what would they run?
