Called DpTuner today and will have a PCM on friday burned to DAC3 instead of the XPC4 cackle fix one that I toasted. My chip is burnt to DAC3 so it will at least be a match now. I'm sending Jody my chip to have him check it out to see if I hurt that also. Diane and Jody are great people to deal with. I did try unhooking the batterys but no go.

I know with the older tuner I have for my bronco's EFI it says in bold print "do not remove while key is on or engine is running" supposedly it will damage the tuner and ECM. But who knows on the new stuff. Just to be sure I used a excessive amount of Duct tape to make sure my tuner does not fall out of the ECM.
