While they may not get in thru the lock with the jammers ,, the same damage is done to the exterior ,, then they shatter your glass and do the same interior damage/theft they were intending to in the first place ,, plus broken glass .
I just don't see these as a big safety feature or certainly not a deterrent because the thief has no idea those are installed IMHO

I agree completely with this I used to be a car audio/video/security installer and I had people ask me to use bolt the radio in with back strapping so it couldn't be stolen. It was easy to explain that a stolen stereo was better than a completely destroyed dash and a broken stereo. I would much rather have a small screwdriver mark than a broken window and toasted door. The really good thieves though tend to just pop out the sliding rear window on these trucks.
