Our first trip will be up to Hat Creek for a couple of days to check everything out. They say there is always something that needs fixing. Then we are off across the USA. I will take some interior pictures tomorrow. Yes that is a good idea to run the landing gear up a bit more. We should be going on our long trip in April, if everything works out. Yes it is a relief to get it with the correct colors and everything works. We have to purchase some things before spending any nights in it. Tomorrow will be another day to load up the trailer with must have things.
Thanks again... We hope that on our trip, we might be able to see some of you.
We will have a time constraint, due to my right hip surgery is scheduled for September 5th, and we have to be back mid August for pre surgery physical. I am thinking we might wait until next year to make the trip around the country, so that we will not be in any hurry to get back, plus I (should) not be in any pain with both hips replaced. It just depends on how much pain I am in, in April, and if we can make the whole trip in the five months that we will have before needing to be back here for the surgery. Another option is to go as far as we can, without hurrying, and return mid August, and then make the whole trip next year.
