Those that know I have a liking for old Police Mustangs know I keep up with the new ones,here's an article telling how the Indiana State Patrol just put a bunch of new Mustangs back in their patrol fleet

Last newer ones I've seen were in Conn. Hopefully they will fare better than the Crown Vic in the event of a rear-end collision.

If I were buying for the Police Departments, I would buy Hummers with turbos.
Plenty of room for the bad guys, and if needed, ram the bad guys cars off the road, with minimal damage to the police car.

The locals still drive Corwn Vic's, MOST of the State boys drive a Crown Vic, the first responders and K9 units get Tahoes
then there's the three high-speed pursuit Chargers per post...

But it is crazy since the new Chargers in police duty aren't doing very good via the latest police auto mags.

Say something like 5K between Brake Changes!!!!!!, This includes Rotors and Pads, they were EXPLODING!!!!

Yes, for sure, but this was in direct relation to the CVPI when the service interval is over 15K for brakes
