Is Your Xmas Tree Still UP?

My tree has been down for about a week now but the lights are still on the eaves. Couldnt (wouldnt) take them down last week cuz I had 6 fresh inches of snow on the roof. They'll come down next week. I've gone to just trashing my lights every year. Found that it is so not worht the hassel of trying to save 6 or 8 strands of mini-lights that cost a total of about 25 bux year to year. They are usually in big ole nasty knots and the bulbs are broke/burned out........

Peter, you could follow the advice that Gretchen Wilson's song "Redneck Woman" and keep your Christmas lights on your front porch all year long!

Wife knew she could not watch a bowl game until it was down. I could care less...

My wife likes to get those things taken care of.
