My autozone does not have motocraft fuel filters for a 6.0 darn
Question Is the 6.0 Junk ???

I pay 50 from the dealer, and its not like you get one filter, you get 2 filters and the o - rings, I replace every other oil change.
I don't care what you have, any motor out there has the potential to break down, for example my buddies D-Max just puked its head gaskets and he isn't running a tuner.

I think my dealer is 90$ EDIT JUST CHECKED 92 AND 72 LABOR ( IT WAS IN THE DEALER FOR ALL SERVICE // i HAVE DONE THEM 2 X SINCE AT 92 FOR THE FILTERS MYSELF .. i NEED TO FIND AN ONLINE SOURCE

My Auto Zone didn't have them in stock but had
them there the next morning by noon.
They come two in the box.

As far as I could tell they were.
The box was right and the filters
looked just like the ones you get
from Ford.

I am at 146,000 miles on my 6.0. I have cleaned the EGR valve precisely, once. That was about 1000 miles ago. I did have to replace the radiator overflow, because it was cracked, and the most expensive was replacing a couple of injectors, the transmission, and a little front end work, though no ball joints. I tow with it nearly every day. My trailer weighs close to 8000 lbs. and is a bumper pull.

LOL Well I already knew the that,but I thought even a broken clock is right twice a day.
I really didn't think he was right,but he was the second person that I work with that said Ford can't make diesel motors.When I tell them that my Dad has had a 7.3 for years,they say well when they went to the 6.0 they screwed up

I will go along with that....I mean there was nothing wrong with the 7.3. The 6.0 started off on a bad foot which affected its reputation for the long run. Perhaps didn't do enough testing with it
