If Ford is watching diesel forums such as SDD they will know that their parts departments are called "stealerships" because of the over inflated prices on their Motorcraft parts. Besides powerstrokeshop.com who makes an attempt to keep prices low, I see no evidence of them catering to us. In four years on forums I've noted just a handful of Ford certified mechanics who have joined and contributed. If Ford is snooping anonymously there is no way to tell.
