Help Needed Installing Steering stabilizer on 00 f250

Have everything I need, but I need to know how far to mount the bracket on the track bar?
Purchased a Bilstein shock, came with no paperwork etc telling me
Any help would be great

IIRC.. compress the damper, and turn the steering wheel all the way to the left.. where the shaft ends.. there's your mount point.
