as for the dryer sheet...YUP it works...ive used
this trick for years...and it DOES NOT have to
be a NEW/FRESH dryer sheet.
I DO NOT use it on my entire car/truck or motorcycle
paint...just the front parts that catch the bugs...paint/chrome/glass
and plastic (tow mirrors etc) are fine to use the dryer sheet
on....and it does NOT take alot of ELBOW grease.
dip the new or used dryer sheet in your soapy water wash
bucket and lightly rub the dryer sheet over the buggy parts.
the REASON the dryer sheet works is because the material
is ever so SLIGHTLY more abrasive than a sponge or wash mitt...
and the "open" cell/weave material catches the bugs in the
material.
