What side driver or pass, #1,3,5,7 or #2,4,6,8:dunno Either way you will need a 12mm for valve cover bolts and a 10mm for the nuts attaching things to the valve covers. Once valve cover is off, you need to take out the back check valve out of the oil rail it takes a large hex sorry don't know the size off hand could tell you in the mourning I know the socket I use by heart just not the size, then you need a 30 torx to get oil rail bolts off 9 oil rail bolts. now you get to the injectors hold down bolt I believe on an 06 F-450 it is a 40 torx. Unscrew it by hand NO AIR TOOLS it can cause problems. Make sure the two o-rings are intact on old injector as well as the copper washer on the bottom surronding the tip of injector if any of those three parts are damaged torn or missing you could have more problems than you want to have. Anyway install visca versa. Torque on injector 24-26 ft lbs. torque on oil rail bolts 10 ft lbs and on oil rail check valve in the back usually around tight to 50 or 60ft lbs. Hope this helps Not that I know what I'm talking about or anything:sly

Ok #3 is on the passenger side by the heater box 2nd one from the front which you already know. No actually the 6.0 is wayy too easy changing injectors compared to the 7.3 where you gotta suck the hole dry after draining everything and it still tries to lock up on ya. On the 6.0 just remove the oil rail no special technique just make sure you are gentle and don't damage the injector c clips in top of the injector which is where the oil rail seals to the injector and gives it its hpo and on reassembly put a couple of oil rail bolts in with a couple threads started this is to help align the oil rail so when you push it down it seats in the injector so you don't have to worry about damaging the c-clip in the top of injector. So no need to drain anything or worry about that just pull one out look for anything unusual in the hole like coolant:dizzy no problems found stick the new one in and ready to reassemble.
