Injector cup problem

I need to know if anyone has a problem with getting a injector cup out of the head. I tried the 1" pipe thead tap and I can't get it to break free. The next step would be take the head off to work on it.

There is a special tool for this made by Rotunda, I got one off ebay

I can't fine that tool. Any other thing I could try?
