Forgive my stupid question, but how did you mount the Marinco plug to your truck?

I'd start with the GFI and assume that it may be weak. The block heater is 1100 watts so @ 120 volts you are pulling 9.16 amps. If its not the GFI look into the cord for a short.Talking about block heaters. I have a 06 F350. When I plug in the heater it pops the GFI. It's a 20 amp. Any ideas of wear to start troubleshooting? Thanks.

It is worth the $400 just to see someone get nailed in the head with the plug and cord as they walk behind the Engine as it is being started. Them boogers really EJECT!
