I'm not entirely sure it's LEGAL to sell a used catalyst...

the 4.6L ford f150 has 3 or 4 cats on it...its common to have
multiple cats these days.

I know there is a law in CA that says it is against the law to sell a used cat. I have seen it at the junk yards before. but I could not find it on the BAR website tonight.
