My 03 6.0 F350 is idle surging at stops, I have to have a firm footing on the brake to control it. Doesn't do it all the time, I have searched the forums and come up with an ICP sensor which I gather is an idle controller and also found there was a re-flash from Ford issued...any other ideas.
