I got mine here: http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/17mm/6203-2RS10-1

$10 (including shipping), a couple days later, and like 30 minutes (for doing it the first time too) of work I had new bearings in my idlers. Super easy job! Got rid of all the chirps but one I still need to chase down someday too. Let me/us know if you need any tips. :sweet

Well i got a bearing, in the process of removing the old one well, lets just say the original pully is no more:doh: , i called up Advanced Auto Parts, as much as i dont like to, they had one in stock:dunno , and the Ford Stealership had a hard time finding one, and the one from Advanced was only 18$, i didnt even think to go there the first time:doh:  .

Are the bearings the same for both idlers? And what about a bearing for the tensioner pulley?

My pulleys are steel as well...Had one START to go out on my truck..sounded like a combination of metal banging and powersteering whine. I ended up pulling the entire idler pulley/tensioner bracket OFF the front of the ending because the T50 torx screw stripped out on me! Took an act of god (ok not really) to get that thing off. Pressed old shot bearing out, pressed new one in...good as new....My local stealer wanted $45 for the new pulley bearing combo. He said that it was a steel pulley...I read him the part number off the one I had in my hand.

All steel here too, I believe all my pulleys are original... the same bearing will work on all three idlers, this includes the tensioner pulley. Just need that torx bit. It's just as easy as the the others. :)

I just need to find the right bearing for the pulley where the AC compressor should be (I have no AC). It's slightly larger (IIRC). :(

Isn't the bearing in the a/c in the compressor? If it is that can be a bad one to change, let me know if I'm wrong.thanks
