Just thought about this Stephen, did you flash your truck back to stock before you took it in? I know if you don't it will drive techs crazy trying to diagnose the system... otherwise it sounds like they got it figured out, and no I don't want to know how much a FICM is...

Yep, I sure did Roy.

My cost on the FICM was just over 600.00

probably because the FICM is one that needs to be flashed

I just got my truck back about 2 hours ago. The new FICM came in and it runs like a charm now.

Time to change your custom user title "In The Shop" to "Out Of The Shop".

One bad thing about having the FICM, now I have to have the strategy changed on the SCT tuner. The one I have is the older XCal1.

Sooooooooo, I am gonna trade it in for the new XCal3. Elite is gonna send me the XCal3 with the stock tunes, and as soon as I get it and plug it into the OBDII and let it read the new strategy from the reflashing the dealer had to do, I will call it to Elite and they will email me my custom tunes I had before.

The XCal3 is supposed to be alot faster on the downloads and perform some other functions that the XCal2 didnt do.
