Help Needed I dont know???

My name Is Justin and I have a 2000 F250 with a 7.3L Powerstroke with a little over 290,000 miles on It. The past few months Its been runnin like crap at low rpms!?? One guy told me I had a bad head another guy told me bad injectors,and another told me something In the electrical was bad!! It spits and sputters and has NO power at low rpms. Once the turbo spools up It runs just fine!! Has anyone had this happen? If so I could use some help! I dont know what else to do! Thank You!!!

well we need more info, like mods, any codes, rpms it spits and sputters and what not.
