Looks like you need a bug zapper in there Brant.

Mine looked like that too, finally cleaned up the bugs and straightened the fins.

Gotcha, the shiney Z grill looks real good Brant.

This new Zoodad cover, grill, etc. maybe alittle ambitious.
Not goin so good. Having trouble bonding the plastic back together
from where I had to shorten it.

Been using the 4 minute JB weld, maybe I was working it too soon.

Not in my house. I have a baseboard hot water heating system.

Crumm, I am attempting to use a plastic floor register/vent.

Peter, I figured out the OBS zoodad in Home Depot a few years ago. It's easier than doing it to a SD because there's nothing to cut. All you need is a black Rigid brand shop vac hose (2" ID) & Rigid 9"x2" rectangular funnel plastic attachment. The rectangular funnel piece fits perfectly on the inside of the middle bumper cutout just above the license plate. I used a very sticky glue and a few clamps until dry then attached the shop vac hose and snaked it towards driver's side (inside the bumper) then up and through a pre-existing gap on the side of the radiator and ending under my Tymar. A few winters ago I made some slits in the lowest part of the hose to try to drain off any rain water that got inside the hose but we're going into dry season soon so a new shop-vac hose is in order.

After looking at the Zoodad hole in the header panel today, this one I am trying to make work is just too big.

It will not lay flat on all 4 sides of the hole.

I will post a pic tonight so that everyone can see my failed design.

Richard, that is some cool pics.

I have been floatin' around that same idea for my truck. I made an airbox last year out of a rubber mudflap and mounted it to the crash bar, but it hung to low and I hit something with it and tore it up.

Still trying to think it thru again.

Here are some pics that I promised. Please don't laugh :lmao

I will still finish it, but its really to big.

The hardest part I have had is getting the plastic to glue up and stay strong.
