storm...180mph gusts.

looks like jamaica is gonna get the DIRTY side of the storm...

I was at Kroger's last night in League City, TX (about 20 miles from Galveston) there was hardly anyone shopping and there was plenty of supplies. I made sure to stock up on beer, drink mixers, TP, you know the neccesities, and of course water. I will fill up with fuel tommorrow, just in case.

Filled the fridge today of the things needed most when a storm is approaching. Store was out of water but not Shiner and Coors.

You are still stocked up on water, just with some barley and hops added to make it taste good.

i dont under stand the run on bottle water...
we have FOUR 7gallon water jugs...fill 'em BEFORE
we need to.

I keep 'em in the garage attic and they can be ready faster
than going to the store to buy water.

i also didnt see anyone buying bleach...which can be used to purify
water (one gallon of bleach will purify 3800gal of water)...

I have always filled the bath tubs and sinks with water as well as my water cans. I have grown up here in Galveston County and I guess you could say this is not my first rodeo. My wife on the other hand likes bottled water. I married a city girl. She says she makes too much money to drink out of a tub. I said your right. We'll buy you some water. You know if Momma ain't happy ....ain't nobody happy!
