Thanks again for the warm welcome.
As the flag indicates, I am a native Texan. Born in Sherman. Lived mostly in east Texas. My dad worked for the old SCS and we moved a bit. I lived in Anna, Linden, Henderson, Rock Wall, Brownfield, and College Station. I joined the army after high school. After college I got a job with the Forest Service and moved around: Arkansas, Minnesota, Oregon, Wisconsin, and Washington. Finally ended up with the Farm Service Agency here in Missouri as the result of a hostile take over of the Okanogan National Forest by the egomaniac who supervised the Wenatchee National Forest. (And you thought hostile takeovers occurred in the private sector!)
As soon as I figure out how to post photographs, I’ll post one of our truck and fifth-wheel.
