Help Needed How to measure a lift.....

I just bought a 03 powerstroke that was lifted.... The dealer doesnt know how much lift it was..... Whats the best way to measure and find out? The truck is sitting on 40 inch tires, but rub the crap out of the fenders...... Any help would be great. Thank you

post a picture and sounds like 10 inches.
