Honestly the modded truck will be a drawback to most buyers. so you're going to have a hard time selling it to a guy off the street. That being said I figure you have roughly 6-7k retail cost in mods not counting the engine swap that you have done. You migt be able to get 1/4 - 1/2 of that above what that truck would sell for normally. I'd honestly expect that with an eductated buyer you'd be able to sell your truck for somewhere around blue book retail. which with mileage state in your sig is roughly 10k. If you pull the mileage back down to roughly 100k on the new engine then it's about 11k.

Realistically I'd only expect to be able to sell it for 12-13k. Unfortunately it's now a 11 yr old truck so it's very subjective It also depends on how quickly you want to get rid of the truck.

Say it aint so! :(

Like said above, the mods probably won't help much. Unfortunately you won't get anything if much for them. :( Here, I'd expect 13, maybe 14k for it. The 328k miles is on the truck, right? How many on the new(er) engine? I thought 100-something.

Honestly rich, i think youd be better off returning it as close to stock as possbible. I was seriously tossing aroudn the thought of selling mine a few weeks ago. I was gonna buy a stock junkyard trans and engine, leaving only my fuel system behind and sell it. But i got stupid and am dumping a ton of cash into it.......again. Just my .02.

fwiw i gave 13k for mine with 143000 miles and it was in very good condition inside and out (looks purdy underneath tarp now:roflmao ). I highly doubt you will be able to get close to 13k out of it. Most people are gonna see 345k on the clock and be scared to spend that kinda $ even if it is in perfect shape. I bet $8-9k range is more on pace with what you will get. Im not trying to step on your toes, just throwin my 2 cents in.
